Concrete Precast
Precast concrete is a construction product formed by casting concrete in a reusable mold which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place. This system offers many potential advantages over site casting of concrete with respect to consistency in quality, strength and finish. Indirect advantages are long-term cost and time savings along with many other intangible benefits.
We, at Kesarjan have been a leading manufacturer of high quality precast concrete products since over more than a decade, servicing clients in residential, commercial, industrial as well as institutional sectors. We offer a variety of concrete building units as well as decorative concrete products which can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Also, the use of recycled aggregate which is derived from construction and demolition waste, for the various precast products have been tested and strength of 30 MPa has been successfully achieved.
At our production facility, we use the best equipments to ensure delivery of quality products. Fibre-glass, timber and steel moulds are used for the proper finishing of the concrete casts.
Poly Carboxyl based Self-compacting concrete as well as fibre-reinforced concrete with pozzolonic materials is used for better strength and other properties.
The production process for Precast Concrete is performed on ground, which helps with safety throughout the project. There is a greater control of the quality of materials and workmanship at our plant with effective use of appropriate vibrators, adequate curing and proper storage facilities.
